We Accept Exchanges & Returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange.
- Only items purchases through our website or direct markets. If you purchase through one of our wholesale accounts you must contact them for a return or exchange.
- Items must be unused and returned in their original condition.
- Replacement items will be shipped within 10 days of receiving the returned product.
- Shipping costs (both ways) are the responsibility of the buyer.

Ordering & Shipping
- Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Shipping.
- Products are often made fresh upon order; please allow 2–4 days for processing before shipping.
- Estimated shipping time within Canada: 4–7 business days.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect addresses.
Damaged Items on Arrival
Some of our items are fragile and may be damaged in transit despite careful packaging.
If your item arrives damaged, please send us:
- Photos of the shipping box showing the condition and shipping label.
- Photos of each damaged item clearly showing the item and its label.
Upon receiving the required photos, we will file a claim with the courier and issue a refund or replacement as applicable.
