Shipping
All shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout and international packages may be subject to customs fees, which are not included in our shipping rate and are the customer's responsibility to cover. Please note: depending on our inventory levels, your order will ship from our Canadian studio within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping notification once your order leaves our facility!
Unless your tracking says "it's been delivered" and you haven't received the package or a notice slip, your package is still being transferred and is in waiting until it's safe to do so. It doesn't mean that your package is lost!
Shipping
If at any point your package is lost in transit or your order is returned to us due to incorrect address input, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost for us to re-ship it to you. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment from Concrete Candle if photographic proof of damage and receipt is submitted to caroline@concretecandle.ca within 48 hours of arrival.
Please note: We cannot accept exchanges, returns or refunds on sale items, gift cards, limited edition/collaboration items, or any item that is older than 30 days since date of purchase.
Purchased from a retailer? We unfortunately cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds that are not purchased from Concrete Candle. Please contact the retailer direclty to discuss return or refund as per their policy.
Want to cancel an order already made? Please email us asap, we cannot cancel or refund your order if it has already left our studio.
Sale and Limited Edition Items
We cannot accept exchanges, refunds or returns on sale items, gift cards, or limited edition products. If you purchased directly before a sale, we unfortunately cannot price match the item.
