We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

• Used candles or WaxPODZ refills
  
• Custom or personalized orders
  

Items marked as “final sale”

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to notify you that we’ve received it.

• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
  

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at caroline@concretecandle.ca

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
