Thank you for shopping with Concrete Candle Co. We’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, safely, and reliably.

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

• During high-volume seasons (such as holidays or product launches), processing may take up to 5–7 business days.
  

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 3–7 business days
  
• United States: 5–10 business days
  
• International: 7–21 business days
  

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing (for international shipments).

We currently ship from Tsawwassen, BC, Canada to:

• All provinces and territories within Canada
  
• The continental United States
  
• Selected international destinations
  

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us to see if we can arrange shipping.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country’s customs policies before placing an order.

We take great care in packaging our products. If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:

• Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos (if applicable).
  
• We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or offer a replacement/refund as appropriate.
